Amount debited but ticket not booked by Jet Airways

This is krishnagowdapn. Regarding of payment, sir i had booked flight ticket with Jet airways as on 27th and journey from Dibrugarh to Chennai by paying amount of Rs 7338.00 and 28th Nov 2012 journey from Chennai to Dibrugarh on 31 December 2012. Payment was debited in my debit card but ticket was not booked. So kindly requesting you to refund the amount above mentioned as on early. And when we try to customer care toll free number of 1800225522 but they do not pick up any call since two days we are trying a lot. So kindly do the need full.
